Program Facilitators teach skills to Girl Scouts
Archery Facilitator - As an Archery Program Facilitator (Level I), you’ll teach basic archery skills to Girl Scouts during special “Hit the Target” programs. You’ll help girls learn how to shoot safely, cheer them on, and make sure everyone has fun at camp! You’ll be certified by USA Archery and work with girls who may be trying archery for the very first time.

Girls work together to climb, balance, and solve problems using ropes, cables, and wooden beams—while you help guide them safely and encourage teamwork and communication.

Range Safety Officer - As a Range Safety Officer (RSO), you’ll make sure everything runs safely during air rifle shooting programs for Girl Scouts. You’ll work alongside the instructor to set up the range, lead safety briefings, and supervise girls while they practice shooting. This role is certified by the NRA and helps girls build focus, confidence, and respect for safety.

Adult Learning Trainer - Adult Learning Trainers teach volunteers essential skills such as outdoor skills, conflict resolution, and new leader onboarding.
