Camp Coaches are positive, caring, responsible, adult volunteers who serve as a trusted friend and guide to girls and leaders at camp. Camp Coaches work in groups of 2-3 for the entire weekend. 

Responsibilities:

Monitor, support and assist troop/group use of GSNEO properties. Work with camp managers to perform check-in/check-out procedures for troop/groups upon their arrival and departure. Notify Property Director and/or Properties Manager of problems/emergencies. Maintain GSNEO safety and policy procedures of public areas and clear emergency lane in parking lot. Manage usage of GSNEO program equipment available for borrowing and/or rental. Complete site rounds visiting occupied sites at least once per weekend to offer mentorship, coaching and compliance with safety policies and procedures. Monitor camp phone/answering machine and deliver emergency messages to troops/groups where applicable. Remain at camp for the duration of weekend. If unable to attend scheduled weekend, secure a replacement Camp Coach and notify Volunteer Support & Services of changes. Remain up to date on camp policies and procedures. Camp Coaches are positive, caring, responsible, adult volunteers who serve as a trusted friend and guide to girls and leaders at camp. Camp Coaches work in groups of 2-3 for the entire weekend. 

Responsibilities:

Monitor, support and assist troop/group use of GSNEO properties. Work with camp managers to perform check-in/check-out procedures for troop/groups upon their arrival and departure. Notify Property Director and/or Properties Manager of problems/emergencies. Maintain GSNEO safety and policy procedures of public areas and clear emergency lane in parking lot. Manage usage of GSNEO program equipment available for borrowing and/or rental. Complete site rounds visiting occupied sites at least once per weekend to offer mentorship, coaching and compliance with safety policies and procedures. Monitor camp phone/answering machine and deliver emergency messages to troops/groups where applicable. Remain at camp for the duration of weekend. If unable to attend scheduled weekend, secure a replacement Camp Coach and notify Volunteer Support & Services of changes. Remain up to date on camp policies and procedures. Engage in continuing education in Outdoor Essentials and camp policies. Keep open communicate with GSNEO staff challenges, trends successes and camp experiences.

Camp Coaches are positive, caring, responsible, adult volunteers who serve as a trusted friend and guide to girls and leaders at camp. Camp Coaches work in groups of 2-3 for the entire weekend. 

Responsibilities:

Monitor, support and assist troop/group use of GSNEO properties. Work with camp managers to perform check-in/check-out procedures for troop/groups upon their arrival and departure. Notify Property Director and/or Properties Manager of problems/emergencies. Maintain GSNEO safety and policy procedures of public areas and clear emergency lane in parking lot. Manage usage of GSNEO program equipment available for borrowing and/or rental. Complete site rounds visiting occupied sites at least once per weekend to offer mentorship, coaching and compliance with safety policies and procedures. Monitor camp phone/answering machine and deliver emergency messages to troops/groups where applicable. Remain at camp for the duration of weekend. If unable to attend scheduled weekend, secure a replacement Camp Coach and notify Volunteer Support & Services of changes. Remain up to date on camp policies and procedures. Engage in continuing education in Outdoor Essentials and camp policies. Keep open communicate with GSNEO staff challenges, trends successes and camp experiences.
