The sweetest event in Northeast Ohio, the Dessert First Gala, is hosted every other year to benefit the 18,000+ Girl Scouts and 8,000 adult volunteers throughout the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio 18-county footprint.
10 volunteers, across 2 shifts, are needed to assist with the silent auction tables. Volunteer needs include (but are not limited to): helping guests understand how the digital silent auction process works, answering general questions, and helping guests place bids. Closing shift will assist with the clean up of silent auction items during the checkout process. Must be comfortable with tablets, apps, and technology.
Dinner will be served at 7:30, when the second volunteer shift comes in, and you will all be able to rotate positions to receive a dinner plate in the volunteer lounge.
