Camp Coaches are positive, caring, responsible, adult volunteers who serve as a trusted friend and guide to girls and leaders at camp. This need makes the phone calls to troop/groups with reservations for a specific camp.
Camp Coach Pre-Camping Weekend Call Script:
Hello this is (your name here), a Volunteer Camp Coach for Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio.
I am calling to confirm your plans to Camp (Camp Name) this coming weekend.
Is your troop/unit still planning to attend?
I have you marked down for the following unit(s): (list)
With the arrival day of (insert) and arrival time of (insert).
Is this correct? Is your departure date still (insert)?
Do you have any special accommodation needs that I need to be made aware of?
Will you have any late arrivals (gate closes at 10pm) (offer gate code if needed).

When you arrive, please check in with the camp coach at the Coaching building (name if needed). Please bring a copy of your roster. You will also pick up your placard for your safety vehicle.
